I’m always looking for critique partners and/or beta readers! As of July 2021, I’m working on a contemporary Christian thriller for young adult readers.   • I’m not currently accepting review requests due to a full schedule.

  • I’m primarily interested in reviewing young adult fiction written by self-published authors.

  • The only genres I will NOT consider are horror, religious, paranormal, and erotica.

  • In your request, please include the title of your book, the genre, the synopsis, and the word count. Also, please attach the first chapter. Let me know if you need the review at a particular time. I’ll try to accommodate your request if I can!

  • My reviews will be honest, but they will also be constructive, even if I don’t like certain aspects of the book. If I find that I can’t finish a book, I’ll communicate with you. I want this blog to be helpful to authors, not to discourage anyone.

  • I don’t use a star rating system. Instead, the review will address different aspects of the book, such as first impressions, plot, setting, and characters.

  • My blog posts will also be announced on my Twitter and Facebook accounts. I do NOT post reviews on Amazon or Goodreads at this time.

Privacy policy and related stuff:

  • Any materials you send me will exclusively be used for the purposes of the review.

  • Any files I receive containing the text of your book will NOT be posted anywhere or shared with anyone.

  • If I agree to review your book, I always offer to include your social media and/or marketing links at the end of my posts to help you gain exposure; however, I don’t take responsibility for or endorse any external content.

  • Book cover images are displayed for purposes of commentary and covered under the doctrine of Fair Use.

  • You may use short sections (not more than three sentences) of my reviews to promote your books.
